About Us

During the summer of 2007 discussions started about having an American Legion Rider's group as a program of Irving B Selmer Post 107 in Phoenix, Arizona.  By-laws were written in August of 2007 and officers elected.  The name of the Chapter is Deer Valley Chapter.

We are proud members of American Legion, Auxiliary, and SAL.

The American Legion Riders Association is Nationwide and we are proud to be part of this great group of Legion Riders.

The purpose of the American Legion Riders is to promote and support programs of the Legion. These include, but not limited to participation in parades, charities, veterans issues, and keeping with aims and purposes of the American Legion.

The American Legion Riders provide a social atmosphere for American Legion members who share the same interests and who keep the Pow/Mia issues alive.

Ride Safe and Have Fun.
